Thursday Night Open Thread

Earlier today Brian Cashman made an appearance on WFAN, in which he said to blame him for the Jacoby Ellsbury contract, not Ellsbury. Well, duh. Who can blame Ellsbury for signing that contract? I’ve assumed the Ellsbury signing was a Cashman move basically since the day it happened. Oh well. Cashman said some other fun stuff during the interview — apparently he said Sung-Min Kim when he meant Kim-Jong Un? — so check it out.

Anyway, here is tonight’s open thread. None of the local hockey or basketball teams are playing tonight, and there’s no college basketball either. You’re on your own for entertainment. Talk about anything that isn’t religion or politics here.
